there's a cold front moving through!

While I sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air

and blue sky

I snapped these

as they floated by

at quite a clip

an "eye" in the sky!

it must be windy up there

but it's just fine

down here!

I'm feeling much more "me".

Won't let myself get that bad again!!

I went and got lots of iron rich foods

and am eating well....
