New Week...

new day
to start all over again!!
Hope you all had a nice
weekend and that you got to do something you wanted and relaxed.
Not much of anything to say
I spent most of the time
trying to do the things that need doing
finding them very boring and mundane
I did them as fast as I could
then picked up hook and thread
and my new book
put a movie on
made two things from it.

The flower is really pretty....
it's supposed to be a brooch
and the bag is a tad smaller than I thought
but they are both
I think I will line the bag
but have no fabric so I'll have to get
pillow cases anyone????
There has been discussion
on Flickr
about whether or not
the cloths
that everyone
and their sisters
are making
should be used
or just hung up to look pretty.
Not a very important
I know,
but why go to all the bother of making them
if you don't use them?
Now the elaborate,
maybe not so much,
the fru-fru gets in the way
but the plain and simple ones
well I say
it saves on paper towels
always a good thing
and those throw away things
that smell after a while...
and the cotton ones are washable
and if you make a few
you always have a clean one
another colour to choose from
Because heaven forbid
we don't have a choice.
Do you know how
spoilt we are?
I do.

That bag is really lovely and I have loads of fabric, unfortunately I cant just pop some over to you!

I seemed to have been logged in under my daughter previously if you wonder why the comment was deleted.

Fabulous flower and lovely bag. You are always making such wonderful crocheted pieces. Hope you have a great rest of the day. I'm off to bed now. :) Tammy
