The grand children came yesterday
The very second he walked in
the questions started!
why this
why that
how come the other
He is very curious!!
nosy!!
and
inquisitive!!
Wants to know where things come from
why you aquired them
who gave them to you
and why
and then asks
what everything in the house is
the door,
is it a door
no it's not an elephant
and the elephant isn't one either
it's a chair..
the cat
why is she hiding under the bed
can he pet her
maybe later
why is there trash in the trash can
how come all the forks are on the table
can he have a tissue
(napkin)
will the cat come out soon
can he watch
Sponge Bob.
how come I have so much stuff
Then
why did I buy him toys to play with
did I know he liked these kinds of toys
how did I know that
OH he is psycic too
where did the ball go
how come the plane is stuck in the tree
daddy
you need to climb up the tree and get it
no the squirrels don't want to fly the plane
where did the ball go
Lunch
he likes this kind of lunch
meatballs
that can't have sauce on them
it must be beside them
the pasta
is his favorite
no he doesn't know what it is called
it's not macaroni
how come all the meatballs are gone
oh he ate them all
where is my cake
happybirthdaydadcanihavemycakenow
no no ice cream
on the cake
beside the cake
i think my tummy is hungry for more
can i have a drink
no i don't know what your name is
MRS P can i have a drink
thankyouwheresthecat
my head was spinning
In the meantime
the grand daughter
was sitting quietly
or
playing with her brother
explaining, teaching
patiently
she loved her little
somethings
that I made
then she spied the
"wolf"pillow I made a while ago
that look was in her eye
she has it in her possession now!!
:(
she saw all the hooks and yarn
all over
theroomontheleft
asked how and if
I gave her a hook
and
a small ball of yarn
and
the
craft
has
been
passed
on!
not to be too dramatic
of course!!!!!
:)
My son said he remembered making lots and lots of
"long things"
she will learn to do the second row
and beyond
Welcome to the world of craft
T.
:)
but the best part of it all
was when he appeared from nowhere
pulled on my shirt
the way four year olds do
and said
I LOVE YOUR HOUSE!!!
thankyouJwheredidyouputthecoastersthatyouusedforfrizzbees?
