A little something....

I made this for my Grand daughter.

The last time I saw her,

her wrist was covered in

bits of string and

an old yellow

shoelace!!!

She is 12,

what can I say!!!

When I made the

bag for my sister

I tried several stitches

to make the strap. I decided that

Tunisian stitch was the way to go!

The base of the bracelet

is the practice piece.

Being a very frugal person

I figured I could make something with it

and having a 12 yr old

G'daughter comes in handy sometimes...

I embroidered a few little flowers on it and some

buttons

and I think it turned out quite well!!!
