weird and scary

this is what was outside today

buzzards

many buzzards

in the trees

on top of the trees

high in the sky



circling round and round

and round

they weren't in the woods or on the ground

but as

husband said

many eyes in the skies

looking and watching

they all suddenly rose out of the trees

and that's when I stopped clicking

they look hungry

and mean

and vewy vewy scarwy





but it sure is pretty up there

all blue and white and shiny

with the silhouettes of the naked tree

and the patterns the branches make

or the sun shining on the very tippy tops

the poplar trees

showing why they are also

called

 

tulip trees

all of last years flowers are still up there
